Oscar De La Renta

From an early age, Oscar de la Renta displayed a clear propensity for the fine arts. As he grew, he honed and perfected his design skills and craftmanship under names like Cristóbal Balenciaga, founder of the iconic fashion which shares the name. His unique upbringing and experiences were carried through to his works, where he developed a likeness for colourful and feminine fashion and fragrance. He released his first fragrance, Oscar for Women, in 1977, which remains a worldwide best-seller.
