Directions of use:

• Initial use - press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
• Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
• Replace the cap after use.
• For children 1-5 years of age: use 1 spray a day.
• For children 6-12 years of age: use 2 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
• For children 11-14 years of age: use 3 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
• For teenagers 15-17 years of age: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately.

Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £50. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £10 - £49.99, and £3.99 for orders under £10.

Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 12:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
