Fushi Organic Really Good Muscle & Joints Oil (100ml) is an effective Ayurvedic Mahanarayan herbal blend comprising a warming combination of 23 nutrient-rich herbs including Fresh-Ground Ashwagandha and Tulsi. It boosts circulation whilst calming and soothing tired and aching joints and muscles.

The sophisticated blend includes Fresh-Ground Boswellia, a renowned herbal resin traditionally used in Ayurveda to support joint health, ease movement and stimulate circulation. Ashwagandha brings adaptogenic properties to support fatigued joints, whilst protective Liquorice and Tulsi promote general wellbeing and help to ease tired, stiff joints. Directions of use:

• Massage into the affected area using circular movements morning and night.
• For ongoing maintenance apply once a day or as much as required.
• May be used as a massage oil. Focus on the areas where pain or inflammation occurs, massaging tired knees, hips, back, neck, shoulders and all joints.
• Can also be used as a bath oil and works especially well when combined with an Epsom Salt bath.

The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 9:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 9:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
