Kerastase Premiere Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment (250ml) can restore hair's original strength* while providing up to 75% more shine**, by freeing hair from calcium build-up that leads to breakage.This pre-shampoo hair treatment is suitable for all hair types, removes excess calcium and helps repair all types of damaged hair. This includes damage by heat tools, colour treatment, bleaching, over-processing and other hair damage.

Calcium in water can further damage already delicate over-processed or bleached hair. Being more porous, damaged hair can absorb up to 3 times more calcium than natural hair. This hair treatment is formulated with a concentration of pure Citric Acid and Glycine. It has a dual action. Firstly, it decalcifies hair from this calcium overdose and works to repair it from the inside out, restoring hair strength, and reversing its stiff, dull appearance. Once excess calcium is removed, this product penetrates the hair's inner layer, to help deeply repair the hair.

With its transparent gel texture, this pre-treatment helps repair persistent damage, working to reconnect broken keratin links and reinforce hair strength and structure. Hair is left stronger, healthier-looking, and shinier - as if renewed. Leave on Kerastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment without rinsing, and then layer with Kerastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Shampoo, then rinse out both. Finish with Kerastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Conditioner as a final step.

Directions of use:

• Apply generously (4 to 5 pumps) on wet lengths before shampooing and massage throughout. Leave on for 5 minutes. Don't rinse.
• Layer Premiere Shampoo directly on top to maximise efficacy.
• Rinse and follow with Première Conditioner or Mask.
