Directions of use:

• Count on 6 hazelnuts (or squeezes) a day for the whole body.
• Massage the legs in upward strokes, moving from the feet to the hips.
• Massage the arms, smoothing from the hands to the chest.
• For the abdomen, prefer a clockwise circular massage (to aid digestion).

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.
