The toner's pH value of 5.5 supports and reinforces skin's acid mantle and barrier function.

Key ingredients Panthenol, Allantoin, Witch Hazel and Hamamelis Virginiana Extract aid in the regeneration, smoothing and soothing of skin, while Cucumber Extract and Hydrolyzed Silk in the provide moisture to protect against dryness and improve the skin's overall appearance. Directions of use:
