Milk Thistle is native to the Mediterranean and is a member of the same family as sunflowers and daisies. It has been named after the milky-white liquid which runs off the leaves when they are crushed. Milk Thistle contains a group of flavonoids collectively called silymarin. It has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years to detoxify the body and liver as it has strong Antioxidant properties, which combat the negative effect of over-indulgence of food and drink.

Suitable for vegan, vegetarian and kosher diets. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Free from dairy, gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugar, wheat, yeast and salt. Cruelty-free.

Directions of use:

• As a food supplement for adults, one vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
