Psyllium Husks, or Isphagula, are mainly grown in the Middle East and are full of soluble fibre which, when digested, absorbs water from the colon and expels waste matter. Modern diets can have a tendency to be deficient in fibre so, in addition to ensuring we consume sufficient whole grains, fruits and vegetables, Solgar's Psyllium Husks Fibre represents a convenient method of supplementing your levels.

Suitable for vegan, vegetarian, halal and kosher diets. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Free from dairy, gluten, lactose, starch, sugar, sweeteners, wheat, yeast and salt. Cruelty-free.

Directions of use:

• As a food supplement for adults, two vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
