In common with all Childs Farm products, this gentle shampoo has been approved by dermatologists and paediatricians as being suitable for all skin types including dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Scented with zesty Strawberry and organic Mint, it will leave your child's hair delightfully fragranced. Directions of use:

• Shampoo - massage a cherry-sized amount onto wet hair, focusing on the hairline and scalp. Rinse off with warm water. Repeat the process on especially thick or long hair.
• Conditioner - smooth a cherry-size amount of conditioner onto damp, cleansed hair, concentrating on the ends and areas which are prone to dryness. Comb through with a wide-toothed comb to distribute if the hair is especially prone to knots. Leave for a minute and then rinse with warm (not hot) water.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 3rd November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 9th January 2026. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2025 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

This service is free for orders over €60, orders under €60 will be subject to a €3.95 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom/duty charges on the behalf of our customers.
